On the morning of Febraury 6, 2018, everyone was so excited to launch our first Health Emergency Management Bureau ( HEMB ). Everyone was busy preparing for the arrival of several Barangay Officials for their orientation and for information decimination.  All the members of the HEMB wore their proper attire for the occasion as if they were ready to go out and respond at a moments notice. The team is headed by Dr. Alih Bryan T. Catis along with Dr. Karl Mervin A. Delatado, Robert "Black Mamba" C. Jacildo and Peter Ian Cuevaz.

Health Emergency Management Bureau lauchned the opening of its OPCEN on February 06, 2018 at 9:00am at MCS OPD Conference Room, Pasobolong Zamboanga City. The program started with a prayer follwed by the Philippine National Anthem. Dr. Alih Bryan Catis gave the welcoming remarks, then Mr. Nikko Mendoza Introduced to the Brangay Officials the following HEM-B Staff. Mr. Robert C. Jacildo presented the History of HEM-B, functions and services offered while Dr. Hannah R. Turco gave everyone an inspirational message followed by an open forum. Mr. Rommel Francisco, our very own Pasobolong Barangay Captain gave his reponse regarding the program. Mr. Maxel Bermas also gave some information about the schedule of trainings and handed down 10 pieces spine borad from DOH region IX.
